We are a small backyard apiary based in Cave Springs, Arkansas, built around a simple belief: the bees come first. Our named hives — Sparta, Avalon, Atlantis, Asgard, and Olympia — are more than honey producers. Each one is a living colony with its own rhythm, character, and story. We are constantly amazed by the order, cooperation, and craftsmanship of the hive — a remarkable civilization built by bees. Our role is to care for the hives, respect their work, and harvest only what they can spare. We use a careful, small-batch process that protects the quality of the honey while honoring the bees that made it. Every jar is connected to a real hive, a real season, and the local blooms of Northwest Arkansas. The honey is the harvest, but the bees are the heart of The Johnny Bee.
